Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Scope

Your download of the free Steel Mace Essentials Course provides you with the full, unrestricted course. This includes the full eBook, links to published YouTube videos, and Flow Friday articles.
Your subscription to the free Flow Fridays newsletter provides you with full, unrestricted access to each weekly email. This includes specific steel mace tactics, philosophies, workouts, and cues along with updates on new offerings from Flow Made Simple.
Your purchase of the online Mace Flow Mastery Fellowship from Flow Made Simple provides you with full, unrestricted access to all resources included in the Fellowship for the duration of your subscription. This includes access to online classes, recap videos, a monthly log, the Essential Swings Course, the online community, the live Q&A, Coach’s Flow Files, Programmed Workouts, the FAQ Bank, and the FAQ Newsletter.
Your purchase of the online Essential Steel Mace Swings Course from Flow Made Simple provides you with the full, unrestricted course. This includes pre-recorded instructional videos and a PDF with specific protocols and programming.
Your purchase of the online 8 Week Mace Flow Training Program from Flow Made Simple provides you with the full, unrestricted course. This includes pre-recorded instructional videos, demonstration videos, and PDFs with specific protocols and programming.

License

Your purchase of paid Products from Flow Made Simple provides you with a license to use your Products. This license is non-transferable (i.e. the owner of purchased Courses/Fellowship can’t share their personal course login information with anyone).

The purchased 8 Week Mace Flow Training Program includes a Lifetime Access license, meaning access to the course does not expire.
The purchased Mace Flow Mastery Fellowship includes a license for each month that the subscription fee is paid.

You may download the PDFs included in these Products, but you may not download any videos. All videos must be streamed. No downloaded materials may be shared with anyone or published outside Flow Made Simple.

Hosting

Online Products sold by Flow Made Simple are hosted by Kajabi. You can log in to access your purchased online courses and Fellowship at https://www.flowmadesimple.com/login. The purchased courses are available on your smartphone or tablet by downloading the ‘Kajabi’ app and logging in. The purchased Mace Flow Mastery Fellowship Product can also be accessed on your smartphone by downloading the free ‘Kajabi Communities’ app.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Payment

All Products are sold for their listed price on flowmadesimple.com. Payments can be made with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Kajabi Payments. All discounts and coupons must be applied prior to purchase and cannot be applied after the purchase.

If you have purchased the Online 8 Week Mace Flow Training Program or The Mace Flow Mastery Fellowship from Flow Made Simple and wish to receive a refund, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected].

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flow Made Simple and its licensors. Flow Made Simple owns the copyright and is the original creator and owner of the online Mace Flow Training videos, instructional videos, YouTube videos, blogs, and PDFs.

The Flow Made Simple online Mace Flow Training videos, instructional videos, blogs, and PDFs are for educational purposes only. You do not have the right to replicate, modify, or distribute this content. You also may not give your Flow Made Simple course login information to others.

If this copyright is violated, Flow Made Simple will take action and resolve the Intellectual Property infringement.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lochlainn Renfrow.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in fitness classes and exercises involves inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of personal injury or health-related issues. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Health Statement: You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the fitness classes or activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, you must consult with a healthcare provider before participation.

Professional Guidance: You acknowledge that it is advisable to seek professional medical advice if you have any doubts about your ability to safely participate in the classes. If needed, you should follow the guidance and restrictions set by your healthcare provider.

Proper Use of Equipment: You agree to use any equipment recommended by Lochlainn Renfrow in the manner intended and follow all instructions provided by the instructor. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury.

Waiver of Liability: You agree to waive, release, and discharge Flow Made Simple, Lochlainn Renfrow, it’s and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise from your participation in the Products, education, lessons, coaching sessions, and classes, including any claims related to personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Consent to Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during any fitness activity, and you agree to be financially responsible for the cost of any such treatment.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado in the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes
