Knight’s Song, Crane’s Dance, Sun Warrior, and Arise. These are the 4 mega flows I’ve taught on my YouTube channel this year, and you’ve done in workouts. 

Now, I have an end-of-the-year challenge for you! Can you do all 4 flows back to back seamlessly in a single Ultra Flow?

If you’re looking for a true test of your mace flow abilities, this is it. You’ll be flowing for a minimum of 90 seconds - quite a feat for your mind and body!
